I think Borgata at AC was all or mostly TITO, when it opened in mid
2003. Until then, it was available on a fraction of the machines at
various casinos. On a related technology issue, I haven't seen any machines at AC which
sport Flat Panel Displays for the machines. Do they have them in Vegas?

If the Four Queens in beautiful Downtown Vegas can become 100% TITO then any
joint can. They advertise it too hanging signs out side the enterances.
Also on these signs is "we don't deal no stinkin' 6/5 Blackjack". A fine place
to play in my mind.
Harrahs-L is now 100% TITO except for one Big Bertha $1 slot machine.
Flat panels- made it to the $5 Harrahs-L bartops. The River Palms put in a
bank of new Game Kings with flat screens, but 98% crapola VP. So it has
started on the river.
