Last Month the El Cortez had a "Jackies Club" unadvertised special , any $200 hand pay jackpot gets an extra $10 cash.

Not 100% sure, but I don't think so...in June and July they were
announcing it over the speakers every 10 minutes or so. When I was
there on Thursday 8/7, nothing was mentioned about getting the $10
Easy Pay ticket. What they gave you was a $10 Easy Pay ticket, which
you could cash or play.
