I was at the EC on April 22nd. I was only there for a couple of hours
but noted that the former bank of DTD (opposite the rear door Lady's
room) which last year had 8, and up until very reeently, had 5 DTD
machines, was down to one. I also saw 2 DTD in the area opposite the
old, now non-existent, snack bar. I didn't have time to look in the
main casino area (near Careful Kitty's) so I can't say whether any DTD
remail in that area.
They still have many FPJW, and DD.
What a pity that those great DTD are almost extinct!
I did notice that they still had a few DTD at the Vegas Club. They
probably won't last too long there either. Several of the Vegas Club's
FPJW were MIA (or at least moved somewhere that I couldn't locate.)
There used to be an entire bank of 6 FPJW (in the rear casino where
the Sports Book is located). This bank is now down to 1 FPJW, though
there are still a few FPJW scattered around the main casino area,
where the table games are located.
Downtown is fast becoming a vp wasteland, even for .25 players. Too
bad.
