Rich was correct. I was at EC from 12/5 - 12/7. In addition to the missing $.50 and $1 10/7 DB and 20/7 Jokers, I did not find any $.25 20/7 jokers in the classic sots area (near Subway). All I saw was mostly 18/7 or worse. I spoke with a slot tech and he confirmed the downgrades.
However, I did see a $.25 joker machine that paid 8,000 coins ($2K) but the other key pay were 17/7 I think. Does anyone know % return on this machine???
Re Flame Steakhouse and Cafe Cortez (formerly Kittys something), they raised the prices since my last visit. Also, graveshift menu and staffing for the Cafe have been severly restricted. I will miss the steak & eggs special. 
Too bad about the EC downgrades because I really like the old time atmosphere compared to the more sterile/lousier VP Strip locations (except for the Palms). Will have to consider "voting with my feet" by playing at VC and MSS more.
