You're absolutely right, Chandler. To each his
own favorite casino. I don't believe in making judgements on the
preferences of others.
Were I a first (or 2nd or 3rd tme) tourist, looking for glitz and
glamour, 5 star hotels and restaurants, I wouldn't consider staying
anywhere except Bellagio or Venetian.
However, if my primary reason for visiting LV, was to play VP, I
would certainly elect to stay downtown or at an outlying (No. LV or
Boulder Hywy) locals casino. VP being my reason to take the 3+ hour
plane ride many times a year, I prefer to stay at the downtown
casinos. I selected downtown over the Fiestas etc., mainly because
there a number of casinos w/i a short walking distance.
I have stayed at the GN countless times, and would still be staying
there, if they had any fullpay wild games which I prefer to play.
Anyway, we should all frequent the casinos which provide us with the
most satisfaction for our gambling dollars.

offer (including those on the Strip) and many tourists prefer

for those who place primary importance on the bottom line, playing
