I think I finally figured it out. You are talking about the dispensors that
used to be located in several locations on the EW/CB outdoor walkways. These
fish food pellet gumball type machines were on the top of things to do list on
June 1st.
Besides the June 1st decimation of VP (now rectified), the closing of the
Orleans room the Marnell Group decided to quit feeding the flying feathered rats,
that basically attacked you. The machines vanished along with most of these
filthy non-native birds, damn pigeons. I wonder if they did anything else to
help eliminate the problem?
