. Was I wrong to
assume each session represented a point? That's where I came up with
the $4/point.

The new Marnell "Access" Slot Club opened last July with $1 coin-in/1 point
ratio with 500 points good for $1 cashback, a .2% rate.

Then they put in the good quarter games at the end of August, but made them
take twice as much coin-in, $2 for a point.

Then the slot club was revamped in November making the countdown $2/3 points
for most games and $4/3 points on the good games. Yes the cycle counts in
threes. They could claim, like they do in the flyers, that they increased
cashback by 50% to .3%. This is true, but they didn't explain the slashing of the
banked comp rate from .7% to .1%. They didn't mention that the Free-play
earned went from .3% to 0%.

It is quite possible that EW/CB are quietly slashing things again. There is
at least one bank (#209 in CB by the Shooter bar) that counts $4/3 points. I
could see them changing all the VP to half the cashback rate as slots.

One thing that is certain Marnell-Sher changes things in a hurry.
