hype to keep their stock price up. The 87 acre is not for sale. It
wouldn't matter if it was. No one is buying it under the current
financial conditions. The project on the site of the Frontier is now
nothing but talk. That end of the Strip is destined to become an
eyesore for years to come. They would have been better off leaving the
Frontier and Stardust intact and maintaining the low rent district of
north end of Las Vegas Blvd.
