The El Cortez and Las Vegas Club have both converted to coin-in systems
from the previous coin-out. The cash back remains the same at .20, or
comps at .25. I haven't heard if the Plaza has changed.

That's true, and the timing couldn't have been better for us. Slot
club personnel told me the change was made as of June 2. Well, the
night of June 1 (the first night of our trip) my brother hit a royal
on one of the two LVC quarter 9/6/4700 jacks or better machines! He
got it just in time to get all those points on the old coin-out
system. This was the first "real" (i.e. non-WinPoker) royal for any
of us, and it came from a junky dealt hand, with just the jack of
spades as the lone high card. Any way you get it, though, it's great.
I used a portable audio cassette player to keep a log of our
journey. Sometime soon I need to post what we found.
