Where is this cannery located? What does a cannery have to do with video poker?

There are a lot of search engines out there that can help out with
questions such as this. I prefer Google, though I probably should not
admit that on a yahoo hosted forum! LOL! Anyway, I typed the words
"Eastside Cannery" into the search bar and got the following result :

Of course with a descriptor like "Eastside" one would be left imagine
there could be another Cannery, so I again used Google to find that in
fact there are two Cannery Casinos, both newer properties that are
rather popular with the locals. Cannery Casino Resorts also owns
Rampart Casino, as well as a new slot joint in Pittsburgh PA called
the Meadows.

The Eastside Cannery is on Boulder Hwy right next door to Sam's Town.
Cannery has nothing to do with video poker except for what the
machines that are inside pay out.
By the way, speaking of the E. Cannery, I haven't seen anyone mention
that they have those brand new HD vp machines at the main bar. MY GF
wasn't feeling well when we were staying at ST, so I went next door to
the Cannery to pick her up some soup and me a BLT. While waiting I
went to the bar to check out their VP machines, and sat down when I
saw they were the new HD's. Wound up hitting 4 7's playing DDB, and
that more than paid for dinner. Cute bartender also named Crystal.
