I haven't seen too many duplexes in Las Vegas,
although they are popular in some of the
age-restricted communities like Sun City Summerlin or
Siena. But it is rare here that someone owns both
sides, lives in one side and rents out the other, like
they do in the Midwest.
There are many nice residential areas of Las Vegas
with lots of new construction. The northwest, west and
south are all very popular now. And many folks like
the Henderson area in the southeast. Maybe best to
tour the valley and find what area appeals to you.
