I spoke with a woman in Accounting and she said that the charges were from 4 different trips! She said that she would contact a Mktg person and get them taken off and call me back. When I spoke with her again she said that he wouldn't comp any of them because he looked at my account and I had no comps left! huh?
Why don't you protest the charges with your CC provider. They can find out the
details for you. I certainly would not pay for undocumented charges!

Don't be sad! The Atlantis VP inventory is vastly superior to Pepp's offerings. So
is the VP at Silver Legacy. Unfortunately, the SL comp system is the stingiest
I've ever encountered, especially for VP players.

The Atlantis has been my "Reno home" since I dumped Pepp. The above statement is the OPPOSITE of what I've been told by my excellent host. My understanding is that my room (typically 5 nights in the Concierge Tower) is comped by the host (discretionary comp). All food charges, which have been charged to my room, and are always zeroed out at check-out time, are paid from my comp account. "Free Play" is just that; a reward for play given to the Atlantis during a prior period. It is not charged against ones comp account.
