If a game has the dream card feature, do we give up anything? I just read some stuff about the dream card and it seems like they are giving a very nice option if the game already has a good paytable.

From what I have heard anecdotally, the paytables are often not very good. If the paytables ARE good, however, it makes for interesting play, assuming you can stand the doubled volatility. And, of course, the increased numbers of W2G's which makes you liable for CT tax next April.
