I'm new to your group. Planning to visit LV later this month, downtown primarily. May stop by the Stratosphere and one or two strip casinos. How's the downtown casinos selection of FP VP these days - the database shows some at the Cal?

I think you will find the LV database and cross directory indispensable. I do. There is still plenty of good vp downtown --Cal, MSS, LV Club, Plaza, Binions among others can be (from a tourists persective at any rate) good plays. Where you eventually land will depend in large part on what your interests and priorities are.

If you are from out of town, downtown is the place to play to get
housing.
My best experience- Fremont Nov 2002, 111 points on a new card, that
is $1,110 coin-in. I have recieved comped room offers since on a
quarterly basis, four nights. What a deal!
Backed it up in February, stayed 3 comped nights, added 111 points
only (experiment), the offers continue.
