I do understand that the "phony FPDW" paytable is intended to deceive those
who don't look at the whole thing. Shouldn't happen to anyone more than once.
Is it fair to assume that if you actually HIT a quint or a WRF, you will then
realize that the paytable is inferior? If so, it can't cost you more than 25
coins, right? Obviously, as has been said here many times before, you should
look at the entire paytable before you play.
As for players being "AWARE" when they sit down, I truly doubt it. If they
were, most would choose a better paying game. If it's the "fun factor" of DDB
they like, they would be better off playing full pay Super Aces or Triple Double
Bonus (or, of course, 10/6 DDB!). These games have the large "mini-jackpots"
to shoot for, with a much higher payback than 9/6 DDB.
I never said I was "offended." It's your money--if you choose to play
inferior (paying) games, great! But you will need luck MUCH more than I will to be a
long term winner. So good luck to you!
