The Plaza recently changed their parking fees. Now everyone can park free
for the first hour. Used to be 90 minutes. Ace and King card holders and hotel
guests also park free all the time.
At the Main Street and Cal, Sapphire and Emerald Card holders park free. No
play or spending money required.
Silver and Black card holders park free in the Downtown Grand garage.

Note that everyone can park free in the 2nd El Cortez garage until 5 pm. That
looks like the only downtown property with free parking for more than one hour
without playing or spending money and you aren’t a hotel guest or have a
premium players card.
