Double Up

<<<<<<Or, consider a high progressive that allows the progressive jackpot
to be
doubled, and it doesn't reset if the double loses (I've met exactly one
such
situation, so it's possible but not common>>>>

Be careful on this one. I once hit a progressive royal flush on a
Florida cruise ship (the old Europa Sky) and was offered double up. I
choose no and latter asked a casino supervisor if I would have been paid
double if it had won and was told no it was a machine setting error. In
Nevada you might have the support of Gaming Control but in less regulated
locales I would ask first.
