Double Points

Friends and I have differing opinions regarding whether when points are doubled (Tuesdays) they are doubled for level purposes.

These friends invited me to the fight Sat. night. Unfortunately the view from the A level seats (row D) was blocked by one of the 2 video camera men standing on the ring apron. I don't know why they were standing there as there were other cameras, but I found it disappointing and amateurish.

--- When checking on my mohegansun it appears that double points are added to achieve your level. I am not sure if they discount them when it is actually time for them to make a decision

Don't know if you're aware of it, but if you click on the red "Rewards" link under the # of points you currently have, you'll bring up a screen that tells you exactly how many points you've earned for the current period, and how many more you need for the next level. You should be able to determine whether the double points are also doubling for the tier level. I wouldn't think there would be any discounting if they show them on that screen, or else how would you be able to keep track?

I just looked at the explanation of Double Points on the MS website. It says, "Earn Double Points when you play your favorite slots from 6:00am to
Midnight. All guests must remove and reinsert their Player's Club card
by Midnight to earn double points." Does anyone know whether this means if you start playing at say 6PM, and play straight thru til 12:15 that you might NOT get DP because you didn't remove & reinsert before midnight?

Hello All:
I asked these questions while there and yes you do have to remove your card. To be sure when you enter your card the screen will tell you that you are earning double points and they do count toward your tier play. I need 384 points for sagamore so I plan on going for two Tuesdays and that should do it for me.
