Double points at Greektown

Terry,

That is another disadvantage of card reader systems that just say "accepted".? It's more difficult to keep track of total points and whether double points are credited immediately or at some later date.

I will probalby head to CW for double points on the dollar pick 'ems.? The point will count towards tier status, the casino is uncrowded and smoke free and the poker room is a $5 rake instead of $6 at Gtown.? Plus I have some CAN funds to run through.

I think the next VP Free meet should be at the end of March.? We will hit MGM in either May or June when the free buffet coupons from the calendar are good.

Johnny; Your right about the points,I lose more then
my wife and get less in free play. She seldom loses
and mostly come out even for the night but I do lose
my bank roll.
The ladies don't want to go to GT much anymore anyway.
I will try to make the meet thou.

Johnny Z,

I was at GT again today, Tuesday, and I still had only $40 in point
money. So it's not really worth it for a vp player to put a lot of
money through vp machins just to try to get some point money, even at
double points.

Today I won $250 playing quarter Pick'Em, so I got some of my money
back.

Have I never noticed before that the Multi-Den GameMaker vp machines
next to the Pick'Em room have signs on them that say they don't
participate in bonus play? If I'm reading it right, I guess you
don't get any point money from them. If it's true, then vp in Detroit
has taken another hit.
