Terry mentioned that points sometimes take up to half an hour to accrue.? While that may be true, I keep track of starting and ending points for each session and if my last session ending amount is?the amount of my next?session starting amount, no more points were added.?
I know about how quickly I play the various machines and there no way I play the single line quarters at 550 hph.? Double that is about right.? Based on that, I don't think my points were added correctly last Thursday.
About 5 years ago, if you played more than about 800 dealt hands per hour on the 3 triple play machines at Harrahs East Chicago you would lose points because they didn't believe anyone plays that quickly and has the points accrual system set to disregard anything over about 650 dealt hands per hour.? After about 3 months of going back and forth with Harrahs, I finally got a partial adjustment.
It shouldn't be this much work to get your cashback.?? Simply displaying a countdown would eliminate the problem.
Casino Royale in Las Vegas has 0.25% cb most of the day.? From 7-9 AM and 4 - 7 PM they have triple points and from 11 AM - 2 PM and 8 - 11 PM, they have double points.? Their slot system has to track 9 different slot rate changes in a 24 hour day and they manage to do it.? If you have ever been to Casino Royale, dated is the first word that comes to mind.? This system has been in place for at least 10 years but works just fine.? It doesn't show the individual countdown but it does show your cash back total as you go.?
As for slot guy, I saw him at Greektown about a week ago.? I think he is very busy with the expansion.? He mentioned that he was on vpfree Detroit for the first time in a couple of weeks.?
