The Riverside is celebrating their 1st anniversary of casino west.
Starting today (4/1/04) the firt 20 royal flushes hit in Casino West
will be paid double. This promotion is good on quarter, 50 cent and
$1 video poker machines (multi-hand machines excluded). I wonder how
long it will take to hit 20 RF's out there?

The first 20 NATURAL RF's, or the first 20 including Wild Cards?
Former improves nsud to around 101.74%; latter would improve to
around 106.82%. And, latter would cost considerably fewer dollars.
"Hooker", of course, is that duration of latter would be much
shorter; appears unlikely that it would be worthwhile driving there
from Phoenix.
Do you know which is the case?

Per phone conversation w/Riverside, is only Natural Royals; as of
0900PST, 4/3 only 11 had been hit.

The point is moot by now but Casino West took out alot of the Game
Kings from last year April first opening. They even put slots in
some of the bartops.
You could play NSUD in dollars or Illinois/Airport (15/9) in quarters
or halves. I ran into an aquaintance that put in an 18 hour shift,
no royal.
There is a sign at the bottom of the escalator listing all the royal
winners.
