I had thought I posted this question, but must be geting soft in old age. Does anyone have a link to a story about lawsuit against IGT and the RNG on the double down on video poker?

Double Down Lawsuit.
When you find something on this, please post it. I used to really enjoy the double down feature, but it seems to have been altered from reasonable odds to a resut in chasing people from the feature.

Here is the link to the story that started all of the legal wrangling concerning the double up video poker feature. Only IGT machines were effected, Sigma machines were not.

Caesars intermittently has it on the machines that offer $5 9/6 JOB. I tried it only once on a $1250 straight flush jackpot and won. Since then sometimes it's been enabled and sometimes not. A couple of weeks ago it was.
