Don't you Love Casino Competition

We each received an extra $25 in a post card from the Rampart, welcoming Red Rock Station to the neighborhood and suggesting we stop into the Rampart after we visit there.

Then just today we each received a Palms mailer, not mentioning Red Rock but you know they are thinking about it. An extra $50 April 19 or 20th plus another $50 April 21st or 22nd!!!!!!

Viktor and I each received a Hard Rock postcard today for various free HRH beanie babies for
play specifically on the 18th (the night Red Rock opens). One per 5 points earned, up to 10.
Normally, I'd arrange my HRH play to coincide, but I'll be taking advantage of my VIP opening
pass for Red Rock. Still don't know why I got one; it can't be based solely on Stations level,
as Vik and I are at the same levels and he didn't receive an invite.

(who will be waiting for the mailman on Monday to check for her Palms postcard)

I received the same postcard. At least the Rampart seems to be aware
the pie is going to be divided a little differently starting April
18. I also have noticed a big step up in Rampart advertising on
local TV.

But the Suncoast has only gone as far as replacing the carpet in the
casino. They are furiously working on their poker room and also
actually installed quarter 10/7 DB on at least one machine.

That's a good start, but they will have to do a lot more if they
wish to retain anything close to their existing market share.
