Don't you hate it..........

Any change in the timing alters the cards you will receive on the draw. A
thousandth of a second is way more than enough. A millionth of a second is
probably enough. So don't worry about it.

that is what I always wonder...did that second it took to do "whatever"
change the outcome....do we know how fast the RNG is changing the cards?
