Don't you hate it..........

Any change in the timing alters the cards you will receive on the draw. A
thousandth of a second is way more than enough. A millionth of a second is
probably enough. So don't worry about it.

change the outcome....do we know how fast the RNG is changing the cards?

And, who knows, the card(s) that you need might be the one(s) that pop(s) up, due to your
having scratched your nose before you draw.
