Subject: Re: Attorney needed - food poising caseHi, did you immediately notify the Nevada department of health?
Did they go in and take samples of any of the food that you suspect
made you ill? Did you save any of your vomit for testing? I don't
mean to sound disgusting, but it is usually pretty difficult to
track where and how food poisoning may have occured. Food bourne
illness, depending on whether it's a bacteria, toxin, or parasite
can take anywhere from minutes to 48 to several days to cause a
reaction. Did they tell you at the hospital whether you had E.
colli, shigella, campylobacter, salmonella, etc.?

Yep, you want to just kick someone's ass, take them to the bank, etc.
But you need some collaboration. Is it an allegy, a chemical overdose or a
true food borne illness, which takes 12-36 hours to kick in?
MY favorite food borne illnesses are the anaerobic ones...the king being
Botulism
of the Clostrdium family, but Perfrigens (sp) is the most common. It likes
to hang out in white sauces, moist-not up to temperture mediums with no air.

You need a Norovrus type deal. Besides the Pink Bird/Cal ones in Vegas the
campus of Northern Azrizona University just had one this summer. The football
Cardinals cancelled out on training camp and cost the U., $400k.

Skip, where is that great link you had a year or so ago, about FBI?
