As I said earlier, only the 100% machines are exempt.

Interesting enough, this fact was stated in caps (capital letters) - saying "NO CAP"(pardon that awkward construction) - on some lower-level mailers where the promo was described (like on my daughter's). However, it was not stated on Brad's and my high-level mailers - mainly it seems because we had more coupons and there was less need for "fillers" about promotions. So I wouldn't have known about this unlimited amount unless I had seen a lower-level mailer (or read about it on this list).
