A player at Ellis Island asked for his 6 month point balance and was told an incorrect total. When said player got a reduced mailer he complained loudly that it was due to being told he had had enough for the higher mailer. (That is why it is always a good idea to double check things)
So Ellis Island has responded by now refusing to give out ANY point totals to insure that this mistake will never happen again. Give me a break! That is like banning all cars from the road because one careless person had a fender bender. What a horrible inconvience for all the other customers because this one person failed to double check his point balance.
