I signed up for Fastlane at Dollar Rental online during this past week. When
I got to the section on providing them my business information I noticed
that the only 2 lines with the red astrick that must be completed was Business
Name & I gave them my personal name & they asked for business phone number & I
gave them my home phone. They ask for info for 2 charge accounts & I only gave
them 1, the one I already had my car reservation in. They accepted the form
the way I had completed it & told me that they would email me in 3 days with
my Fastlane Account #.
The next day I got that account # & then called the phone number in the email
& converted my existing rental reservation for October over to Fastlane. No
fuss, no muss.
I had tried to join Fastlane for our May rental but they were redoing their
website & forgot all about it until it became a topic of discussion on VpFree.
