On my last trip, I was early getting to the bus and the driver
didn't have my name on the Fastlane list. I had to go into the
office. The line was back to the door. I had my Fastlane card in my
hand and walked right up to the counter, was waited on and out the
door in less than two minutes. I didn't try to buck the lines, but
went to a section of the counter where the people were doing other
paperwork. I was waited on immediately. That little card is worth
having. If you have one use it like a line pass. Worked for me!
