The Golden Nugget in Laughlin fired up a promo for May and June. It
resembles ones that have been done in the past. Drawings on
Saturdays with a Big Bang on the last Saturday. Cruises or cash are
the prizes.
The drawing tickets are fairly hard to get, which I like, none for
eating, sleeping or breathing.
A $25 suited BJ for table games.
A $100 hit on .25, .50 and $1 VP.
Similiar frequencies for slots.
But a new twist, make a $25 bet on a NASCAR race. How does the
average casino offer a racecar bet? Is it like golf, where the top
guys get their own odds and then they throw everyone else into a
field bet? I know they sometimes for golf, pit one player versus
another at a dime line, how about NASCAR (Stewert -110/Gordon -110)?
