Guys,
What's more important is not whether Rob's recent research into "5th card flip over" is true or not, what's important is that you keep an open mind to anything related to your chosen field of endeavor.
Read everything, listen to everything, study everything, practice everything, and who knows...you just might find an eye-opening epiphany of understanding that changes the way you look at things.
If it wasn't for guys like Singer, whether he's right or not, we'd all be card-playing glassy-eyed robots following a pre-programmed script for the rest of our lives. Borrrrring!
Although I have a lot of admiration and respect for the Bob's, Jean's, Skip's, and Dan's and the others, whom I consider to be the top vp experts in the field, I will continue to listen to the Robs too and make my own judgement as to what is true or not.

Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2009, 5:58 PMThe "5th card flipover" tests Singer is running refers to these three types of dealt hands: two pair, open end straights, and 4 to a flush. The odds are 4/47, 8/47, and 9/47. Is anyone on vpfree doing similar tests? As I recall this was discussed a month or two ago.
