Does Budget Car Rental require new renters to show a driving record?
I am a member of every frequent renter club available and none have
ever required me to produce anything other than a driver's license at
the time of the rental.
Some companies will request that number when filling out the
application to join their club but I'm not sure if they actually verify
the number.
