Does anyone care about the sounds of VP?

<<One thing I didn't mention is I like the sound (I call it the
prompt) when you are dealt a pair of Jacks or better.>>>

That little bing is the one thing I like about having the sound
activated. When I play tired it lessens the chance I will miss a made
hand like a high pair or a straight. This is especially a factor on
machines where only the entry in the paytable changes color on a dealt
hand. I like the design of most multiline games where the winning hand
message appears right on top of the cards where you can't miss it.

I agree, and also enjoy a little celebration music when I hit a royal

Absolutely. That "song" when a Royal hits is great. Kind of reminds me

it is okay if it is not left for over 20 minutes while you are

waiting to get paid. It attracts too much attention for my taste.
Maybe the answer is faster customer service.

Has anyone else noticed how very much less annoying and even
softer, the music is, when YOU are the one sitting in front of
the singing machine? (-:

I hit a royal on a TITO machine today - and no song. I was so happy, I
didn't miss the song, but now, I feel a little gypped. Still, if I had
to choose, I'd pick the royal over the song.

Hi Lainie,

HOORAY!!! The RF drought is over! Now get a few more so you can
"average" out for the year.

The next time you get a RF on a TITO machine, stand in front of
your chair and belt out "Happy Days Are Here Again!". This may
cause someone to assume that you're a frustrated Democrat, but who
cares? (-:

Best regards,
-Babe-

LOL - Cute! I'll have to try that! Let's hope those "Happy Days"
come "Here Again" real soon.

The most irritating sounds are actually good ones. Once I was playing
$.50 Loose Deuces and the person next to me hit the ducks--a hand pay
that started the music on the machine. I said (through somewhat
clenched teeth) "Congratulations! How exciting!" and in three hands I
hit them, too.

We were both happy for the hand pays, but the two machines playing the
same song out of sync and loudly while we waited for the slot crew was
really obnoxious.
