There's even less reason to cheat with Class II or Washington State
scratch-card machines. Just because they work like a slot machine doesn't
mean they cheat.
And, as I've posted many times before, most Indian casinos are subject to
more regulation than those in Nevada.

Where they have Class III gaming yes. I trust the VP games at American
Indian casinos for the same reason I trust them at Harrah's; there's no
reason for the machines to be rigged. When you can fill the floor with
people happily playing 8/5 DDB, 7/5 JOB, 6/5 BP, and even 8/5/4/3/1/1
"Bonus" Poker (86.3%) why would you need to cheat?
