Do Vegas locals get the same mail offers as out of towners?

Question to all of you Vegas locals - what type of mail offers do you
receive from the casinos? We are from out of town and have "big"
offers all of the time from Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Laughlin, Atlantic City,
etc..... When I say "big offers", I mean shopping trips, beautiful
suites, free cameras, laptops, gas cards, slot play, etc.

We have been told by one local that we should get an address in Vegas
because we would get more offers. Our calendar is full of offers right
now and need to find out if this would be a good idea.

This is casino specifc. Some go after locals. Others go after out of
towners. Still others are indifferent.
