I am assuming that you are referring to Double Joker and not Double Jackpot.
If so, your ER is 100.37% and you can run this strategy on VPSM.

This is a Sigma paytable. IGT has one which I think is 99.02%, where
the full house is 8 coins, the flush pays 6 coins and the royal 1000.
The old 10-9-6 100.35 game is long gone, and only Foxwoods had it in
$5 denom from what I remember.
