I cannot understand you and the others who are sad that Rob has been exposed for what he is, a liar. Rob is the one who brought this on himself. He made himself a public figure and brought his private life into everything about his VP playing... how good he has it, how he doesn't have to work due to his wins, etc, etc, That leaves his private life open for rebut just like his results, system, etc. Now that he has been caught in numerous lies you all feel sorry for him? Give me a break and like Alan said, go cry a river.

I'm not sad about RS being exposed - that's the breaks of being a
public figure, so I'm pretty neutral about it.

What is appalling is the way that his "exposer" chose to go so far
over the top with constant vile language and threats, while posting
under numerous aliases himself. Calling a spade a spade is one thing;
it's pointless to keep screaming it, once the spade has admitted his
identity. Sort of like continuing to bludgeon someone, when they've
already lost consciousness.

Just remember that the person who REALLY made things ugly over there
is also in this group & the Winpoker group. If he were to start the
same behavior, I trust that Tom would get it in check very quickly.
I know I wouldn't hang around to watch it again.

For those of us that quit reading VP-heaven months ago (or never
subscribed), could someone give us a Reader's Digest version of
exactly what happened with RS the last couple days?

I'll try to give the Reader's Digest version - others may wish to
help out here, since I will no doubt oversimplify.

Amidst the usual inane arguments, "VPV" started threatening to "out"
RS - his posts brought the Enlish language to a new low. After RS tap-
danced around the threats, VPV finally did publish Rob's real name,
and the fact that he is a Sales and Marketing manager at a Phoenix
company. VPV publised a link to the web site, showing the same photo
of RS that appears on VPTruth. He also published a link showing that
RS had a problem many years ago with back taxes, as well as a
personal bankruptcy.

RS confirmed all of this info as accurate, stating that he had
published much of this info before. He further stated that his job
was a temporary one, to keep his business resume current, and his
opinion that this had no bearing on his status as a professional
gambler.

The usual back and forth ensued, until "VPV" threatened to disrupt
RS's workplace by contacting the DOD and DOJ. (RS's employer is a
defense contractor, where he says he has top security clearance.)
VPV also threatened to contact the president of the company, stating
that he would expose RS as a liar and fraud, in an effort to
jeopardize his employment status. RS countered with a "cease and
desist" type of letter, but VPV kept ranting viciously. (Using
multiple aliases, he sometimes even argued with himself.) I missed
the last few posts, so I'm not sure if there was more before IC
pulled the plug. Next thing I saw, VPV was announcing here and on
Winpoker that VP-heaven was being resurrected.

Now why would anyone ever need to watch a TV soap-opera?!
