How do you know it wasn't a progressive machine? That would explain the extra 19$.

As I said, after I hit it the bank should have reset. It did not reset after
either of my two hits. Someone else hit it later which did cause a reset.
There is a wallboard at each of the two bars that are linked plus values are
shown on every machine.
Sadly it looks like most FP is in the process of being trashed on this
property which is also currently in bankruptcy so it may not matter soon.
