Excellent idea. When I get a marker usually ask for the last $100 to be broken down all the way for that reason. If I am planning to play for very low stakes might even ask for a short roll of quarters though my usual cocktail serve tip is $1

An attendant at Caesars told me of assisting in a Megabucks payoff years ago and not receiving a tip.
You might be surprised to learn he was happy for the winner, not resentful.
My reaction to this issue is that there may be a more simple explanation - the winner was not paid in cash and wasn't able to hand out $100s here and there.
My own habit is to get $100-300 in mixed denoms for tips before any session. That money can always "roll over" to next time if I'm not a winner. But I would like nothing better than to have distributed all of my tip fund on any given day.
