They aggressively enforce their Drunk in Public law. You don't even
have to be drunk, just drinking.

Reminds me of the Ron White (blue collar comedy stand up) line, where he gets kicked out of the bar and then is arrested for public intoxication. "I didn't want to be drunk in public, I wanted to be drunk in the bar".
