I would suggest to the person considering playing in an unknown jurisdiction, that the worse the paytables the more likely that the game is honest. Who would gaff a 6/5 JB game?
If I were playing on some ship in the Atlantic or some little island and spotted full pay deuces in dollars I would be a little suspicious.
