Hi Jan,
We didn't stay in Vegas for New Years. We were one of the few heading in the other direction (home) on the 31st. We were in Vegas with our daughter and from what I've heard she's to young to be there. We got home about 10:00PM on the 31st for a quiet New Years. We did have offers for New Years and unless you can get a comp, the prices are out of site for new Years eve. Rooms alone can typically go for $500+, restaurant prices are inflated and the parties can be very expensive.
At Mohegan, the party was comped ( I didn't go) but I don't recall if it included a comped room.

Hi Joel,
We were invited to the giveaway also but we cannot go. There is a
slot tournament on Jan 13 and 14 also. We were the only ones from
this group that was there that I am aware of as I posted and no one
responded about going. We will be at MS on Feb 10 for Paisley and
Evans. My daughter is having knee surgery Thursday so I am not sure
when we will be able to get away for the night before then. We will
be in Vegas Feb 16-20 and May 3-6.
