Barbary Coast has Harrahs right where they want them. The price just tripled.
One rumor has Coast trading the BC straight-up for the Rio and the Laughlin
Flamingo. Harrahs wants to blow up all of them including Ballys. Construction
would close Flamingo Blvd for about a year. The IP is right in the flood
plain so that would be the likely spot for the lake. In the middle of the lake
would be an island so Celine could build a new house (too far to commute out to
Lake LV). Actually this new lake would be more like a moat, with the
alligators in it.
