In my case at the Suncoast I was the only player in the "High Limit Room" playing the $5 Dueces at the time. I played about 20 minutes and was putting money in the machine when the tap on the shoulder came. It is my impression that I was only one of many that made up a list of players that were to be targeted that day.
I was surprised to receive a "lame duck mailer" from them in August. So far there has been no problem cashing in the coupons.

I assume that prior to that day you were a regular, playing only on
multi-point days. Those are the only conditions that I can imagine
under which management might get their panties in a bunch.
I'm curious as to whether regularly playing 25c-and-lower
denominations on 100%+ games would invoke such a response from a
casino. What about 50c/$1 denoms? Would it behoove a player playing
100%+ games to also play slots or under-100% games for "cover"?

The $5 NSUD are alive and well at the Suncoast today, in the high limit
area, close to the cage.
