Howdy

I play almost exclusively at the Borgata in AC. Although their comps and
slot dollars etc. are among the worst I still go there for 9/6 JOB. I have
noticed they have 8/5 also. This is of course for the less educated player.
I
have a problem with this. It takes advantage of those who frequent a so
called
"classy" casino. This is unethical in my opinion. I know it is more
profitable
to the casino. Can you say greed?

So you have not seen different paytables for the same game/demonination at
other casinos too? It is a common practice in southern Nevada. The paytable
should be available to be reviewed on any VP game.

Complaint #2

A lot of machines offer a menu which gives you a choice of six different vp
games. Now the problem for the unaware is these machines may have " Jokers
Wild "advertised as THE game but they may unsuspectedly start off playing
something else because that is what is presently displayed on the screen.
The
machines do not always revert back to the menu screen when not in play. The
clue
is the payoff odds. The game itself is not posted that I can see.

I am familiar with two kinds of mult-games...those made by Ballys and those
made by IGT.

I do believe a Bally Gamemaker offers six games at three denominations, but
does not have "deceptive" back glass.

I think you are referring to IGT Game Kings which might advertise a
particular game on the glass, instead of the generic "Game King". These GK can offer
up to 12 games and 5 denominations, or just offer one.

Every GK has a tool bar at the bottom with different buttons activated.
There is always the "help" button and the "more games" button and once you select
a game a "paytable" button. On GKs, if a game is selected it is listed above
this toolbar right in the middle.

Personally I have goofed myself up by reviewing the other games and
denominations. I have found myself playing something not intended. This is called
operator error.

I have made more than one player aware of this. One woman was complaining
she had yet to get a joker when in fact that was not the game that she
thought
she was playing..she was playing.

I believe the multi game machines that fall into this category should be
program to display the game they advertise when not being played if this is
possible.

So are you saying an IGT GK with purple "Jokers Wild" back glass should have
as a default a Jokers Wild game as default? You would still have to check
the paytable. Is it Kings or better or Two Pair version? What denomination
should be the default?

No, people have to educate themselves.
