Digest Number 2319/Westin Promos

I understand that, but if he did in fact interview a top executive at the Westin and the paper prints it with identifiers that anyone can confirm if they choose to, I'm certainly going to believe what he said.

Since the Westin promotion seems to be an active topic here, I found

something interesting on it a few moments ago. On that $300 for $600
offer, Rob Singer sent out a newsletter about his investigation into
it, and he said it wasn't a loser. Westin management also apparently
knew what they were doing and why. Normally who'd believe this, except
that he said he interviewed some big shot there and would print his
name, title and quotes in an upcoming detailed Gaming Today column
about that promotion. From what I've read here and several other
places, that seems to contradict what he says he learned. Very
interesting.

With all the news on Newsweek sources, I'd believe him when I see the
casino's financial statement that quarter.(If I could get them)

Glen;
  Mr. Singer does not have a track record of credibility with claims like this.

  Ahem...

  I will accept the Understatement of the Year award now (don't make me wait until December).
