Consider Genoa, NV. We retired here 5 years ago and love it! 20 min f Tahoe, 35 min to Reno and 10 min to Carson City. Gorgeous views, golf and casinos nearby. Oh and did I mention peaceful and quiet? The Carson Valley is 180 degrees removed f the big ugly crime ridden city we moved from.
