Travel options:
Rental car :Enterprise weekend special $9.99/day must include Fri - Mon
(3-day rental) with taxes & fees it's just under $40 (also good for LV &
other locations) _www.enterprise.com_ (http://www.enterprise.com)
Taxi from Harrahs to Atlantis: $10 before tip, I tip $2 - $5 depending on
driver. Just did this last month. Catch taxi on other side of Center St from
where valet is.
Bus: I think it's $1.25 now & $1 for seniors, if you get a transfer it's
good for 2 hrs of bus rides & it doesn't cost extra. Recommend this over
using free airport shuttles because it saves quite a bit of time.
Trip time between casinos in Reno probably same for taxis & rental car
when waiting for cab & parking are considered. Double it for bus but budgeting
1/2 hr is plenty of time.
7* trip: Recommend do it at Lake Tahoe. It's easier to spend $500 in Tahoe
since restaurants, spas, etc. are more expensive. Show prices are probably
same in both places at this time of year. There is a boat ride with lunch
for 7* in Tahoe but it may be over by the time you get there. Call.

1) We understand that there isn't transportation from casino to casino; we
were also told that the shuttle from the Harrah's casino in Reno was just
15 minutes to the airport. Rather than spend $30/day on a rental car, how
difficult would it be just to take the casino hotel shuttle to the airport,
and then the shuttle from the airport to the next casino when we want to
move around a bit - say get from Reno to Atlantis, or Atlantis to Peppermill?
Any other suggestions for getting around? How much would cab fare be, for
example? Or, is there a city bus that would do the trick?
2) On a 7-star trip, we get $500 to spend at the Harrah's casino. Are
there any suggestions for what the Harrah's in Reno would have to offer?
Usually on 7-star trips, we've gone to LV and met up with extended family, and we
had no trouble spending $500. Is there anything special that we should
consider at the Harrah's in Reno? Alternatively, are there more options at
the Harrah's in Lake Tahoe? It will be just the two of us, and spending $500
over a period of 3 nights likely won't happen unless there are recommended
shows or something else special to spend it on.
