One time I was at the Horseshoe Casino in Tunica eating breakfast and I noticed a customer who was going through the buffet line put too many scrambled eggs on his plate (at least it was a new plate), and then rather then just leave them on his plate ... or even use the serving spoon ... he instead proceeded to use his bare hands to put some back. I reported it to the manager who had the entire tray removed to presumably be discarded. The tray was one of the large ones that had just been brought out, so it was almost completely full of scrambled eggs, so I'm not sure whether that much food was really thrown out or not, but it certainly needed to be. The manager then asked me to point out the customer, and he then went over and spoke to him, but I don't know what was said. The customer continued to eat his meal like nothing had happened. And then my brother-in-law started giving _me_ grief for making a big deal out of it and probably causing the man embarrassment. Well, my point with my brother-in-law was ... 1.) it was a health hazard to the public to not report it so it could be removed, and I would hope that everyone would have the courage to report it, and ... 2.) the man needed to learn a lesson so that he hopefully wouldn't do something like that again. And frankly, anyone that damned uncouth probably doesn't wash his hands when leaving the stall, either. Absolutely sickening.
