I am at royal diamond level & they charge me $7.50/day for the fitness
center (health club?). It is not crowded even on sold-out weekends. Exercise
bikes & treadmills have screens which access all the same channels that you
get in your rooms & have many other features that you don't get on normal
treadmills. Bring earphones so you can listen to programs or they will sell
you earphones. Many other machines that you find elsewhere, but little in
the way of free weights probably to avoid liability in case of injury as
there is no on-site monitoring. Fitness center was recently redone & is next to
& with view of indoor pool. I highly recommend it.
In most casinos (except for Vegas Strip), most fitness centers are not
crowded & often empty. Most places have free access with room key.

At our level, we can pay $35 a day in cash or comp to now get upgraded to
concierge rooms. The bigger plus to these rooms is not the room itself, but
free access to the health club and the concierge lounge which has free
coffee and h'orderves and newspapers and big screen TV. A really great place
to relax before or after playing.
